Heavy Gear Tournament

We had our first Game Connection Winter Tournament today at The Game Connection in Knightdale, NC. The overall winner across three games was Tyler while Pat won Best Sportsmanship. Actually, Best Sport was ties between Pat and Justin. In fairness, I diced off between them and Pat won out. Tyler got a $35 gift certificate for the Dream Pod 9 Online Store and Pat received a $25 gift certificate. Here are some random photos of the games:

Heavy Gearin' Post 1

Well, I have decided to try to blog about my Heavy Gear ramblings. For those that may not know, Heavy Gear is a science fiction miniatures game produced by the fine folks over at Dream Pod 9. You can cruise over there and check them out at www.dp9.com.

Tomorrow is the first Game Connection Winter Tournament which will be held at The Game Connection in Knightdale, NC. That is where I normally haunt for my gaming fix.
